How do I book?

Yes, we arrange an Arabic-speaking ambassador for you. If you prefer another language, just mention it in your message.
How do I pay the deposit?
Once we agree on the details and the price on WhatsApp, we send you how to pay the deposit. Your booking is confirmed as soon as we receive it, and the rest is paid on the day.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 48 hours or more before your trip and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations within the last 48 hours are non-refundable.
Can I change the date?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the new date and we'll rearrange it, subject to ambassador availability.
What if my flight is delayed?
Send your flight number when you book so your ambassador can follow your arrival time. If anything changes, message us on WhatsApp any time.
How many people fit in the car?
We pick the car based on the number of travellers and bags. Tell us your group size when you book and we'll confirm the right car.
Is a child seat available?
Tell us your children's ages when you book and we'll confirm a child seat in advance.
